Treeroot Espresso and Edibles is available for a variety of events, including daily stops at your workplace, fundraising events, festivals, private parties, and business functions such as real estate open houses or company picnics. Ideally, you’ll contact us at least 30-days in advance of the event so that we can obtain any special permits required, plan the menu offerings (if they are different than our standard menu) and make sure we’re all set to make your event hugely successful.

If your office/business complex has at least 100 people, is in a light industrial zoned area and does not have any other espresso or food service on-site, this may be a perfect opportunity to ensure that your employees or tenants can get high-quality organic espresso and local treats without getting in the car!

Mobile espresso is a great service at your fundraiser. We participated in the 2010 Bainbridge in Bloom and the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and our first major event in 2011 was the Bloedel Reserve's first Plant Sale, where proceeds will go to enhance the gardens. From fundraising for medical research to land conservation, we can help to increase the success of the many events that benefit our local and global communities. We typically contribute a portion of our proceeds to the causes for each of these events, and we can increase the fundraising for your event, too! We feel we add the most value in events with 500 or more anticipated attendees for four or more hours, but tell us about your event and we’ll discuss the possibilities. We love to support our community!

We love to join in on the fun at the festivals and celebrations in and around Western Washington. We’re most available for weekend events in Kitsap County, but will consider other locations based on the event. We had great fun at the Bainbridge Island Bluegrass Festival and Poulsbo's Americana Music Festival in 2010 and would love to consider your event, too. One festival on the schedule for 2011 is Port Ludlow's Festival by the Bay. Will yours be next?

Who doesn’t love a nice espresso drink (hot or iced!) at the company picnic or holiday party? Maybe you’re looking for something that will draw additional potential customers to an open house. Class reunions need some energy? Treeroot Espresso and Edibles may be just what you’re looking for to liven up your event!

There are many options to put together a package that will work for your event. We can create a menu just for your event and exchange tickets for a drink (and pastry treat, if desired) at a specified value or we can allow your guests to order from the full menu. Either way, we'll work with you to establish a package that will include a discount designed to help you manage your event budget effectively.

As an example, we recently worked with a corporate event planner to provide espresso drinks and pastries for 150 tenant employees at a Tenant Appreciation Event at a shopping center in Port Orchard, Washington. We worked with the planner to put together the menu (which included a double-tall drink with a flavor and a choice of 6 delicious dessert items) and served these happy retail employees a much-appreciated treat in the middle of a snowy day. A similar event is currently in the works for a Bainbridge Island school's Staff Appreciation Week. The possibilities are endless!

Would you rather not have an "open bar"? Your guests can pay for their own purchases. We'll work with you to establish a minimum based on the event, and we will only bill your company/organization for any amount below the minimum. We typically establish a "no-host bar" minimum sales of $75 per hour, with a two-hour minimum, but let's talk about your specific needs.
